About Pi-239 | Los Alamos' Best Pizza Kitchen

OUR STORY

Food Truck Startup to Local Favorite

Pi-239 Pizza got its start at the Los Alamos farmers market. Erin Gentry and Alyssa Gill showed up with handcrafted pizzas made from quality ingredients, and word got around fast. Most market days, they sold out by noon.

Finding a permanent home was the harder part. Good space in Los Alamos is tough to come by and tougher to afford. The answer came through a partnership with Allan Saenz at the SALA Event Center, an arrangement that gave Pi-239 a steady place to cook and gave SALA’s guests a new reason to stop in. Pi-239 now serves its pies at SALA on a regular schedule, so the regulars from the market have a consistent place to find their favorites.

The approach hasn’t changed since those market days. Classic pies alongside more creative combinations, and always coming up with new, winning combinations and creations.

THE FOUNDERS

Erin Gentry & Alyssa Gill

Erin Gentry and Alyssa Gill started Pi-239 in 2024 and still run it themselves. They mix the dough, make the sauce, and fire every pie, so what comes out of the oven is the pizza they’d put in front of their own neighbors.
